Meeting called to order at 7:05p.m.

Treasurer’s Report:

Savings: $4,491.03 Donations Pending: $9,938.33

Checking: $23,375.85 Balance: $17,928.55

Treasurer’s report approved.

Administration: None

Student Report:

• Snowcoming tickets available through Friday, February 8^th. Tickets will be distributed on February 18^th through 21^st. The Snowcoming Dance is February 23^rd, 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.
• Spirit Week: Monday – PJ day, Tuesday – White Day, Wed – Wacky Day, Thurs. – Cougar Day, Friday – Class color day

Fine Arts Report:

Band: MSBOA District Solo 7 Ensemble on Feb. 9, student’s rec’d 26 blue 1^st division medals and 30 red 2^nd division medals. Florida trip rehearsals Feb. 18, 25 March 3, 5, 10, 17. Service Report: None

Sports Report:

Boy’s basketball last game is Thursday, Feb 21^st.

Girls’ basketball homes games are finished. Tournaments are scheduled on Feb 26 and Feb 28.

Craft Show: 10 paid crafters

Website: “New” Craft Show application added.

Donation Requests:

The following requests under $500 were approved by the Board:

• Science Olympiad requested $480 to purchase Vex Robotix starter kit and a Digital camera plus memory card
• Custodial Staff requested $400 to purchase 2 rolling carts to hold these tables
• Varsity Softball requested $494.76 to purchase 4 portable hitting nets

The following requests over $500 were approved by the Board and General Membership

• Custodial Staff requested $1,500 to purchase (20) 8 foot folding tables
• Girls Basketball requested $2,400 to purchase 42 warm-up shirts and pants for Freshmen, JV and Varsity
• Wrestling Team requested $1,289 to purchase 20 warm-ups (jackets and pants) 2– coaches jackets
• Varsity Softball requested $1,298.62 to purchased 14 bat bags

Gift card Raffle:

$50 Meijer card went to Tom Griese (ticket number – 4770196)
$50 MJR card went to Annette Tinley (ticket number – 4770201)
